We are happy to cancel orders within 48 hours of placement - strictly for a store credit only. If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of order placement, please contact customer service on email@example.com to organise your store credit.
Your order is made especially for you. Unfortunately, if your order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order. If more than 48 hours have elapsed since order placement, our Returns Policy will then apply. To view our Returns Policy CLICK HERE. This means that you will need to wait for delivery and then return your order to us. A store credit will then be issued once we have received and processed your return, providing it meets our Returns Eligibility Criteria stipulated within our Returns Policy.
As per our Returns Policy, cancellations and/or refunds will not be provided due to customer error or buyer remorse, including but not limited to, not reading turnaround times or item descriptions, incorrect size/colour choice, providing the incorrect shipping address and/or change of mind.
