Please note, the following items are made-to-order.

Please note, there is a current average turnaround time of approximately 2-3 weeks on made-to-order items. These items usually take 5-7 business days to manufacture and dispatch and 5-7 business days for postage via Australia Post.
Please note, 100% cotton bedding and personalised bedding may take an extra 3-5 business days for manufacturing. So please allow an extra week, on average, for these items.
These timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur; especially during peak periods.
Bohemian Vibes will not be held responsible for customers that have not read turnaround times before purchasing.
Please read our Returns & Cancellation Policy before purchasing. Please kindly note, your order is processed within 48 hours and made especially for you. If you would like to cancel your order within the first 48 hours of order placement, we can offer a store credit for the order amount. After more than 48 hours have elapsed since order placement, we cannot cancel or refund your order. In this case, our returns policy will apply. Please refer to our returns policy for details.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Please note, we currently only offer an Express option on clothing orders. Made-to-order items are not available for Express.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your Australia Post tracking number.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SENT FROM?
Your order will be dispatched from Perth or NSW.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. Please note: Our shipping time estimate of 1-3 business days (express) or 2-7 business days (standard) applies AFTER dispatch (ie. from when you receive your tracking number via email).
