FAQ's, Shipping Info and Returns

All orders placed on or after 13/7/18 are shipped from Perth (6030) via Australia Post. Delivery may typically take between 1 - 6 business days after dispatch. For exact delivery estimates to your post code, please see the following link;




Please note, delivery time applies AFTER dispatch. In stock items will be dispatched within 1 business day of ordering, For Pre-Order items, please allow a turnaround of approximately 3-4 weeks.



  • How much is shipping?
We have FREE SHIPPING on all orders (excluding international clothing orders) over $50. Please note, for international shipping rates on clothing orders please contact us via email before purchasing.

  • What is the shop currency?
Our Shop currency is in AUD.

  • How long is order processing?
Orders are usually processed within 1-4 days. This how long it takes to get your item out the door.
Unfortunately, if your order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order.

    • How long does it take for an order to arrive? 
    This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.

    Australian orders take approx 3 weeks, but in rare cases, it will take longer.
    International orders may take up to up 5-7 weeks. The wait will be worth it :) 
    We have an EXPRESS option for CLOTHING orders (Australian customers only), so these orders typically take 1-6 business days to arrive. Please note, shipping rates on clothing orders apply to Australian customers only.

      • How do I track my order? 
      You can track your order via Aus Post (or your local post company if you are international) using the tracking contained in your shipping confirmation email. Simply copy and paste your tracking number into the tracking section of the Australia Post website.

      Please don't worry if your tracking is noted as 'pending'. Due to our logistics system, this is normal for up to the first 7-12 days after dispatch; it is on it's way. If there are any issues after this, please contact our friendly customer service team on info@bohemianvibes.com.au and they will be happy to assist.

      Please be patient, we will respond to you as soon as possible. We try our best to respond within 1-2 business days, however, peak periods may take us a little longer.

        • Discount code notice:
        Discount codes MUST be used at the point of purchase by the customer during checkout. We WILL NOT apply discount codes after purchases - ZERO EXCEPTIONS. If you are having issues applying a code, please contact our customer service team immediately on info@bohemianvibes.com.au for assistance.

            • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?
            We have a large assortment of products which may not come from the same warehouse; when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately to provide you with the fastest service possible. You may receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on their way :)

              • What are your refund and return policy? 
              If your item does not arrive in the specified time, we will offer compensation. If it gets lost in transit, we will resend your item PLUS provide a store discount for future use.  We only offer a full refund for items that are defective. Photo proof is required and we usually require you to post the item back to us.

              Returns and refunds will not be provided due to customer error, including not reading item descriptions before purchasing, incorrect size/colour choice, providing the incorrect shipping address and change of mind.

              Our 100% satisfaction guarantee:
              We are happy to provide a store credit due to change of mind or if you are not happy with your purchase, however, postage will be at buyers expense.

              Faulty, damaged or any other returns or claims must be lodged within 5 days from arrival of order. Please closely inspect your item upon receiving it and before washing, as we will not accept returns or refunds for washed items.

              Please Note:  Colours may differ slightly due to different lighting conditions during photo shoots or screen differences.  Kindly expect a slight colour difference between the actual product and the photos on our website.  This is not considered as a defect.

              Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

              If items are returned due to incorrect address provided upon purchase or not being claimed, any return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.
              If an item is not claimed within 30 business days, this will void your sale & no refund will be given.
              If an item is returned with an insufficient address, another shipping fee will be incurred otherwise your item & sale will be forfeited. We do not offer a refund for this.

              If you receive the wrong item (we're only human), we will send you out the correct item!

              We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items or clearance items.
