As a gift to you, all orders placed between 13/7/18 and 20/7/18 will be shipped via EXPRESS post at NO EXTRA CHARGE!
All orders placed on or after 13/7/18 are shipped from Perth (6030) via Australia Post. Delivery may typically take between 1 - 6 business days. For exact delivery estimates to your post code, please see the following link;
All orders placed before 10am AWST will be dispatched from Perth SAME DAY (except weekends)! #stalkyourposite :D

Bohemian Vibes is an Australian owned and run business that partners with global merchants in order to provide our products at the best prices. Many of our products and designs are exclusive to us at Bohemian Vibes, so we pride ourselves in providing a unique global shopping experience.
This means that your order is shipped from our warehouses around the globe, including Australia, South Africa, China, India, etc. We can always provide tracking for orders from Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom.
Since we ship directly from our warehouses, your order may take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to arrive. We find that 1 week for clothing and 3-5 weeks for all other products (especially for those items shipped from our warehouses abroad) are the average wait for most Australian customers. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it is on its way.☺️ If your order does not arrive within the specified time, we will resend it to you.

Australian orders take approx 3 weeks, but in rare cases, it will take longer.

- How do I track my order?
Please don't worry if your tracking is noted as 'pending'. Due to our logistics system, this is normal for the first 7-12 days after dispatch; it is on it's way. If there are any issues after this, please contact our friendly customer service team on email@example.com and they will be happy to assist.
If your order has taken beyond our terms of delivery, please contact our friendly customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to assist.
Please be patient, we will respond to you as soon as possible. We try our best to respond within 1-2 business days, however, peak periods may take us a little longer.

- What are your refund and return policy?
Returns and refunds will not be provided due to customer error, including not reading item descriptions before purchasing, incorrect size/colour choice, providing the incorrect shipping address and change of mind.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee: We are happy to provide a store credit due to change of mind or if you are not happy with your purchase, however, postage will be at buyers expense.
Faulty, damaged or any other returns or claims must be lodged within 5 days from arrival of order. Please closely inspect your item upon receiving it and before washing, as we will not accept returns or refunds for washed items.
Please Note: Colours may differ slightly due to different lighting conditions during photo shoots or screen differences. Kindly expect a slight colour difference between the actual product and the photos on our website. This is not considered as a defect.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
If items are returned due to incorrect address provided upon purchase or not being claimed, any return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.
If you receive the wrong item (we're only human), we will send you out the correct item!
We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items or clearance items.
