How much is shipping?
We have FREE SHIPPING on all orders (excluding international clothing orders) over $50. Orders under $50 will incur a $6.95 postage fee. Please note, shipping rates on clothing and jewellery orders apply to Australian customers only. For international shipping rates on clothing orders, please contact us via email before purchasing for a quote.

How long is order processing?
Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Your order is made especially for you. Unfortunately, if your order has been entered into our system and processed, we cannot cancel the order. If more than 48 hours have elapsed since order placement, our returns policy below will then apply. Please see below.
Can I cancel my order?
We are happy to cancel orders within 48 hours of placement - STRICTLY FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of order placement, please contact customer service on email@example.com to organise your store credit.
Your order is made especially for you. Unfortunately, if your order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order. If more than 48 hours have elapsed since order placement, our returns policy below will then apply. This means that you will need to wait for delivery and then return your order to us. A store credit will then be issued upon receipt of the returned parcel, provided, the items are unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note, it may take up to 5 business days to process your return.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
By purchasing from Bohemian Vibes, you agree to our terms of service and estimated turn-around time.
Turnaround depends on the product/s ordered and where we are sending it to. Our clothing is typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 1-6 business days.

Please note, there is a current average turnaround time of approximately 2-3 weeks on made-to-order items. These items usually take 5-7 business days to manufacture and dispatch and 5-7 business days for postage via Australia Post.
Please note, 100% cotton bedding and personalised bedding may take an extra 3-5 business days for manufacturing. So please allow an extra week, on average, for these items.
These timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur; especially during peak periods including Christmas, Boxing day, and other public holidays.
Bohemian Vibes will not be held responsible for customers that have not read turnaround times before purchasing.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order via Aus Post (or your local post company if you are international) using the tracking contained in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that it usually takes around 5-7 business days to receive tracking for "made to order" items (bedding, linen & home decor items).
Simply copy and paste your tracking number into the tracking section of the Australia Post website to track your parcel.
If your order has exceeded our estimated wait time, please contact our friendly customer service team on email@example.com and they will be happy to assist.
Please be patient, we will respond to you as soon as possible. We try our best to respond within 1-2 business days, however, peak periods may take us a little longer.
Discount code notice:
Discount codes MUST be used at the point of purchase by the customer during checkout. We WILL NOT apply discount codes after purchases - ZERO EXCEPTIONS. If you are having issues applying a code, please contact our customer service team immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance before finalising your purchase.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?
Your order may be shipped separately to provide you with the fastest service possible. You may receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. You will receive tracking for all parcels. If you are unsure if something has been missed, please contact customer service on email@example.com for assistance.
What is your refund and returns policy?
If your item does not arrive within our specified time above but is on its way, we will offer compensation in the form of a discount code. If your order is lost in transit, we will resend your item PLUS provide a store discount for future use. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund your order in this case.
We only offer refunds for items that are defective. Photo proof is required and we usually require you to post the item back to us.
Cancellations and/or refunds will not be provided due to customer error or buyer remorse, including but not limited to, not reading turnaround times or item descriptions, incorrect size/colour choice, providing the incorrect shipping address and/or change of mind.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee: We understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan, so we are happy to accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase. We provide a full store credit in this case, however, postage will be at customers expense. If you wish to return your order, please contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org for return details.
Please do not return your parcel without first contacting customer service. In this case, we will not be held responsible for the return.
Faulty, damaged or any other returns or claims must be lodged within 5 days from arrival of order. Please closely inspect your item upon receiving it and before washing, as we will not accept returns or refunds for washed items. Unfortunately, we cannot process a return or refund claim if more than 5 days have elapsed since order arrival.
Please Note: Colours may differ slightly due to different lighting conditions during photo shoots or device screen differences. Kindly expect a slight colour difference between the actual product and the photos on our website. This is not considered a defect.
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE, SINCE MOST ITEMS ARE HAND-TAILORED, PLEASE EXPECT A 2-5CM DIFFERENCE.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
If items are returned due to incorrect address provided upon purchase or not being claimed, any return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.
If an item is not claimed within 30 business days, this will void your sale & no refund will be given.
If an item is returned with insufficient address, another shipping fee will be incurred, otherwise, your item & sale will be forfeited. We do not offer a refund for this.
If you receive an incorrect item (we're only human), we will send you out the correct item at our expense.
